Today is photo post!
That right there is potato curry (take 2), kalyana rasam (take 2), and rice.
The potato curry is 80% there. Somehow they’re not absorbing as much spice as I thought they would. And the rasam actually needed dal which should’ve thickened it a little. But I used the curry leaves, the usual spices, some sliced snack tomatoes, and a little extra rasam powder.
Still a success!
I have plans for my eggplant (or aubergine, as we fancy people say).
